• Have trained around 1000 candidates for The Ministry of Rural Development Project- Govt. Of India, under The Scheme of S.G.S.R.Y and Placed around 922 Candidates @ reputed companies.
• Have placed around 12000 candidates in the Service and Retail Sectors which was conducted under The Advani Foundation funded by USA.
• Started The Urban Development cell Programme and Trained around 450 Sex workers at Belgaum District and converted them as garment factory Sewing Machine operators, Candle Makers, Soap and Phenyls Makers Etc.
• Have planted varieties of trees around 50,000 in Belgaum District.
• Have planted 45,000 trees for Bio Fuel at Ramdurg.
• BPO Training to 500 Unemployment Youth of Backward Community and placed them at Bangalore with support from IL&FS Skill School.
• Have provided free loans to many women self-help groups.
• Have trained around 950 BPL candidates and placed at reputed Garment Factories as operators for Suvarna Vasthra Neethi Project under the scheme of Department of Handlooms and Textiles-Karnataka.
